Cancellation Policy

1) Scope

Applies to online purchases of:

  • Software development, AI automation, and consulting services.
  • Sacred Melodies (custom sound works, digital delivery).

2) Cancellations before work begins

  • Services (software/AI/consulting): cancellation at no cost if we have not yet begun execution (validated kick-off/planning).
  • Sacred Melodies: 100% refundable cancellation only if we have not started the composition. Once the creative process has begun, it falls under the custom work regime (see point 4).

Refund period: up to 14 calendar days from our cancellation confirmation (same payment method).

3) Legal withdrawal (consumers)

Verify that you are a person to access contact details.

4) Exceptions to withdrawal

Withdrawal is not applicable for (legal summary):

  • Custom or tailor-made products/works for the buyer (e.g., Sacred Melodies once composition has started).
  • Sound/image recordings and software unsealed by the buyer.
  • Goods that by their nature cannot be returned, that deteriorate/expire quickly, press/magazines, or when the price depends on market fluctuations outside the seller's control.

Note: These exceptions are included in Law 12/2013, on Commerce (arts. 56–57). For electronic contracting/confirmations, the rules of Law 20/2014 also apply.

5) Delivery and deadlines

If a product/service is not available, we will inform you and you can resolve with a refund within 30 days.

Digital deliveries: by link/file within the communicated deadlines.

6) Costs and returns

Withdrawal does not entail a penalty.

If there is a physical return (not common for our services), you may bear the return costs if you were previously informed. Refund for the total amount paid under the legal terms.

7) Services started within the 7-day period

If you expressly request the start of the service during the legal withdrawal period, we will respect your right according to Andorran law; we will coordinate the cancellation minimizing impacts and complying with the applicable refund obligations. (Recommendation: if you anticipate changes, do not request immediate start.)

8) Additional commercial policy (voluntary improvement)

In addition to what is required by law, Smart Studio offers:

  • A 24-hour grace period from purchase to cancel any order not yet started (services or Sacred Melodies) with a 100% refund.
